HIGH SECURITY MONO
STRUCTURAL GLASS
11.5mm-thick laminated antibandit glass conforming to BS 5544 and BS EN: 356P4A. Filtering UV rays between the wavelengths of 320 and 380 nanometres.
SYSTEM EXTRUSIONS
The showcase structure comprises purpose-designed aluminium extrusions, which are powder coated as standard.
ACCESS
The Mono-3d is supplied with a pair of opposed hinged doors. Each door is hung on fully concealed hinges.
LOCKING
Each door is equipped with a pair of fully concealed/embedded Abloy high-security cam locks.
SEALS
Inert nylon brush seals are fitted within the system extrusions as standard. Cases typically have an air exchange rate of 0.25 (or better) per 24 hours.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL
Minimal (internal) passive system comprising a control medium reservoir beneath the internal base display board.
SHELVING
2 x 8mm-thick clear toughened glass shelves complete with adjustable corner support pegs.
BASE DISPLAY BOARD
The base display board is manufactured from ZF-MDF, which is sealed with a waterbased acrylic lacquer and wrapped in Baumann Ultra IV fabric.
CASE PLINTH
Supporting plinth is manufactured from ZFMDF with integral levelling adjusters with powdercoated steel security sheet to base.
